January, February & March:
Watch Winter-feeding eagles as they congregate, often in large numbers, to fish the open waters below Lock & Dam #4. View them from inside the comfort of the WOA center.
Nature Talks

Fun Learning Events:
Come to Wings Over Alma to hear a local expert discuss how the DNR uses electrofishing on July 25th from 2-3pm on River Street (road behind Wings Over Alma). The same day as our 2nd Annual Best Dam Day celebration in Alma with many activities all day starting with the Lock/Dam #4 tour at 10am through 2pm and then trolley through the city and up to Buena Vista, offering our small-town novelty shops and food vendors. If you have not exhibited with us before, we request a digital sample of your work. We accept prints but require at least one original work to be included in your selections. Depending on size, we can accept several pieces from each artist.
Please print a copy of the WOA Artwork Loan & Display Agreement and On Loan Artwork Inventory Sheet.
Bring these documents when you deliver your artwork to Wings Over Alma. All pieces must be wall-ready, including a wall-ready biography or artist’s statement. Exhibit entry fee is $25. Free to those who have paid their $25 annual Membership.
